Vegetable Kibbeh Hamees

Preparation:

Take the pieces out of the freezer in order to restore softness.

Frying: Fry the pieces with a moderately hot oil for 04 minutes until the pieces are of golden color.

Baking: Arrange the pieces in a tray greased with a little butter.

Then put the tray on the middle grid of a moderately hot oven for 4 minutes until the pieces are of golden color.

 

Ingredients:
Parched crushed wheat, salt, vegetable protein, sunflower oil, mixed nuts, pepper green pepper and onion.
