Croissant (Dough Apricot)

Preparation:

 

The pieces are to be taken out of the freezer until it becomes soft.

Put the filling in the pieces (strawberry..) and packed as desired.

Arrange them, 5 cm. apart in a tray greased with butter.

Grease the pieces surface with whisked eggs.

Wait until the pieces are double – sized.

Put the tray on the middle grid of a very hot oven for 15 minutes until the pieces are of golden color.

Switch off the oven, open its door and keep the tray inside for 5 minutes.

 

Ingredients:
Flour, vegetable butter, salt, sweet whey powder, yeast, mono and di glyceride, vegetable oil calcium propionate, soya flour, glycerin and glucose.
