Spring Rolls Pastry

Preparation:

Remove the pastry from freezer and defrost for 30 minutes.

Cover with damp cloth to prevent the pastry from drying.

Cut the dough for 2 or 3 pieces as desired.

Fill the pastry (Meat, vegetables, cream, jam, cheese)as desired and.

Roll it as desired form: rolls or triangle (samboussa).

Cook in hot oil at 140c.-150c until golden color.

 

Ingredients:
Flour, vegetable oil, salt, starch, sodium m.b.s, cheese and black cumin.
