Baklava & Ouzy Pastry Sheets

Preparation:

Take the sheets out of the freezer. They need two hours in order to restore softness. It is advisable to cover the sheets with a wet napkin and to unfold them only when the filling is ready for use.
The filling (Cream, sugar and walnut, pistachio and sugar, cheese, spinach,  Ouzy blend, vegetables and meat… .etc.) shall be prepared as required.
The sheets shall be cut into 2–3 layers according to the kind and shape of the confectionery required: rectangular, circular or triangular... etc.
The filling shall be put at one end of the sheet. The other end shall be greased with eggs or water to help the dough stick. Finally pieces are rolled as required.
Arrange the pieces in a tray greased with little butter. Then put the tray on the middle grid of a moderately hot oven until the pieces are of golden color.

Ingredients:
Flour, salt, vegetable oil, sodium m.b.s potassium sorbate, glucose and starch.
