Galette Des Rois
Preparation:
Take the pieces out of the freezer in order to restore softness.
Jam the pieces until double size.
Prepare the filling: Mix (1cup of Grinded almond, 1cup of fin sugar, 3eggs, half cup of butter and 1cup of Patissiere cream).
Put a puff pastry in a tray greased with little butter, and put the filling, again put a pastry on the filling, jam it and grease the pastry surface with whisked eggs.
Put the tray on the middlegrid of a moderately hot oven for 20minutes, until the pastry are of golden color. Leave the pastry to cool in the oven.
Ingredients:
Flour, water, vegetable butter and salt.
