Preparation:
Take the pieces out of the freezer in order to restore softness.
Cut the dough for 2parts and jam it by hand.
Put the filling on (meat, sesame sauce, salt, yogurt, pomegranate molasses, onion and pine nuts) as desired.
Arrange the pieces, apart, in a tray greased with little butter.
Then put the tray on the middlegrid of a moderately hot oven for 4minutes, until the pieces are of golden color.
Ingredients:
Flour, water, vegetable butter, salt.
