Tamriyaa by dates
Preparation:
Take the pieces out of the freezer in order to restore softness.
Cut the dough for 2parts and jam it by hand.
Put the filling on (Cream, Date…etc.) as desired.
Fry the pieces in moderately hot oil, for 4minutes, until they are of golden color.
Sprinkle the hot molasses on them, as wanted.
Ingredients:
Flour, water, vegetable butter, salt.
