Preparation:
Take the pieces out of the freezer in order to restore softness.
Jam the pieces.
Put the filling on (Cream Or Nuts and Sugar) as desired.
Bend the end of the dough to the center like triangle.
Arrange the pieces, apart, in a tray greased with little butter.
Then put the tray on the middlegrid of a moderately hot oven until the pieces are of golden color.
Sprinkle the hot molasses on them, as wanted.
