Vol au vent (meat and nuts)
Preparation:
Take the pieces out of the freezer in order torestore softness.
Baking: Arrange the pieces, apart, in a tray greased with little butter.
Then put the tray on the middlegrid of a moderately hot oven until the pieces are of golden color.
Leave the pieces to cool in the oven.
Take the pieces out of the oven and put the filling on (Fried meat, champignon, soya sauce, green pepper and nuts) as desired.
Ingredients:
Flour, water, vegetable butter and salt.
