Chicken Pies
Preparation:
Take the pieces out of the freezer.
Frying: Fry the pieces in Moderately hot oil, for 4 minute, until they are of golden color.
Baking: Arrange the pieces in a tray greased with little butter.
Then put the tray on the middle grid of a moderately hot oven, for 4 minutes, until the pieces are of golden color.
Ingredients:
Local fresh chicken, Kabsa spices, yogurt, tomatoes, salt, flour, vegetable butter, citric acid and corn starch.
